If I am not mistaken I think you could by a HF turbo in Italy up to 1992, and it came with an Integrale body, so I would suggest that the car is standard, but as noted the wheel could be an option.

We had a 2WD Delta (with Integrale) body come to 1 of the Bristol meetings at the Compass, it was either white or blue and the owner who had just acquired it came from Cheltenham I think. Memory say that Alan Wesson had a hand in finding it for the owner.

I also have a 2wd Delta as most people know but of the series 2 variety.

Last night I thought I'd be smart and get the information from La Lancia (3rd Edition) .... but while that's pretty good and lists facelifts and series for the models there's nothing for the Delta other than 1600 HF Turbo and then 1600ie HF Turbo.

Our database ( wot I setup with Andy Collins ) lists models like this :

 Delta 1100
 Delta 1300 (4)
 Delta 1300 Cabriolet (1)
 Delta 1300 LX (6)
 Delta 1500 (7)
 Delta 1500 LX (1)
 Delta 1600 GT (2)
 Delta 1600 HF Turbo (6)
 Delta 1600ie GT (3)
 Delta 1600ie GT (FL) (1)
 Delta 1600ie HF Turbo (14)
 Delta 1600ie HF Turbo (FL) (12)
 Delta 1900 TDS

The number is brackets are the known cars of the model type. I suspect the FL are the post 91 cars which should have the parts described - ( so these probably need re-classifying Smiley )

@Simon : I remember the conversation about that one but didn't get to see it in the metal.

Reading through Wikipedia, this looks like it agrees :

" Dual round headlights and the domed, vented bonnet from the HF integrale 16v made the HF turbo look almost like an HF integrale. "

I've never see this on an HF Turbo in the UK - maybe we never got this late edition ?

Looking at the pictures on Wikipedia, the LX / GT bonnet looks like the 8v and this one (being domed ) is like the 16v

I bet the spare wheel doesn't fit in the spare wheel well with the tyre inflated, as I found out when I upped the tyre size on my HF Turbo.
I did once see these wheels on a Dedra HF Turbo and I'm pretty sure they were off an integrale.

I was just thinking that although the bumper is like an integrale , it must be narrow ( to march the arches on the HF Turbo ) - so probably unique to this vehicle ! Smiley

The run out series standard Deltas from late 1991 for LHD Europe where refreshed to add some life until the Series 2 (Dedra based) Delta arrived in 1993.

The LX & GTie cars gained HF integrale 8V type bonnets, Evo wipers, Dedra type 14" wheels, skirts, fog lamps & improved trim. I think they may have also lost the chrome window surrounds too although not sure on that score.

The HF Turbo ie gained a 16V integrale bonnet, HF 4WD bumpers, body coloured skirts, Evo wipers and improved trim with Recaro seats but kept the same wheels as previously.

The wheels shown on Sensh's car are 15"x 6" integrale (8V) wheels, 16v wheels would not fit without serious arch modification.

I have seen quite a few earlier pre-91 HF Turbos that have the HF 4WD / Integrale headlights but the standard bonnet.  Will these have been modified at some point or is there a chance they would have been sold new like this?  I'm guessing the former.

Lovely car bud, I get around with work a bit so will give you a shout if I'm ever in your neck of the woods.

Only had my HF 10 months (got a post on the forum about it) or so and have similar questions to you!, drove it for a few months then garaged it as I was a bit too precious. Might be getting it back on the road again soon though and certainly have no plans on getting rid!
