The small triangular piece of metal and the three bolts that hold the throttle pedal to the floor pan....has any one got any good spares?

If Omicron (http://www.omicron.uk.com/) or Cavalitto (www.oldlanciaspares.com - look at http://www.oldlanciaspares.com/imgdb/81719827.JPG) can't assist you then for such a relatively simple piece of metal fabrication it could be worth just asking a local metal shop to do the job for you if you have the original that they can base a new one on. Just a thought...

I took that rediculous bit of rubber and metal out of my Fulvia and threw it away.  Then I welded a flat plate onto the end of the throttle rod and, hey presto, I had a throttle pedal just like every other car and one I could use without it sticking part way down (or worse, part way up).  Great for heel-and-toe too.  It stayed like that for nearly 100,000 miles when it was sold on.

Since you can now buy after-market metal pedal sets, I guess that would be my choice now.

Simply solutions are always the best :-)

I don't find the pedal a problem, just a rusty plate I would like to replace, that would (in my case) be the simplest solution if any one had one knocking about, but I take your point. I've got a bit of a young wiz doing the welding, he will make one up for me, I was just trying to make his job a bit easier Grin
