I have just ended a brief affair with an Ypsilon

But what a lovely, lovely motorcar !

It was a 2009 Platino, with the automatic box , so all the toys (split aircon, cruise, panoramic roof, etc etc etc)

I bought it in Huddersfield on French plates, filled it up with spares and drove a 1000 miles back home to France without a blip, then used it on and off for 6 months, again without a hitch.

Economy was amazing (1.3 JTD) and incredibly comfortable. I was hoping that Juliet would swap it for her FIAT 500C , but although she preferred driving the Ypsilon, she wanted to keep the open top. So it has passed on to a neighbour - but if you get the chance, buy one , they are superb !
