As long as the sills, A posts and rear suspension turrets are sound this looks a really good car for someone.
Not sure about his claim of only one left on the road, but certainly mega rare.

To be fair he does say "According to How many left there was only one of these on the road last year" so it isn't actually his claim. There may be a few in useable condition tucked away but I find it quite believable that only one was actually registered for road use last year. I have hardly ever seen a S1 HPE in thirty years of Lancia spotting.
