"ML" is Pat Ure's car, but the picture could well have been taken before Pat owned it. I would have thought there was a good chance it was a VSCC event rather than LMC, as we don't usually get such crowds!

Aprilia FXN 983 now resides in my garage and should be back on the road this year after a (very) long restoration.
Bought mainly in bits in 1983 from an actor named Roger Snowden who acquired it from a Captain Peter Mills in 1956.
Captain Mills lived in Dorset but kept the car in Surrey according to the log book.
