A serious request has come from the company who source cars for the BBC Celebrity Antiques Road Show.

The request is for a 1960-1980 date range and possibly convertible.

Filming would take place sometime (depending when the car would in the filming schedule) between May and August.

I am advised they would need the car for about 10 days and it would be driven by the celebrity for at most 60 miles (trailered in between) so the filming is snatches of car time in between the celebrities must get in a limo or bus....

Fully insured and some compensation is offered.

Does anyone want to offer up their Flaminia Flavia Fulvia or Beta?

Please let me know so I can get back to the sourcing company. Private message or email me at press@lanciamc.co.uk

This would be a great exposure for the brand and the club and contrast to the normal morris minors and MGB's......

There was a S2 Fulvia 1300? on last night`s Celebrity Antiques show. A Blue Coupe.
Are they planning another one?

Yes, unfortunately it wasn't great exposure for the brand. You could almost see the MGB and Morris Minor owners shaking their heads and mumbling bad things about Italian cars.

John.
I tried to find this. Was it a celeb car??

I saw a porsche and jag that was staggering down the road.. last night.

Yes they want to use a Lancia for a forthcoming series....

I did not have anything to do with this!!!!!

Having said that I am still looking for a reliable Lancia to fly the flag.

At the end of the Lancia episode it said cars supplied by such and such cars. Could be part of a little classic hire fleet that don't get the same attention as a personal car.
