If anyone is considering this make sure you have a really good look.
A friend bought a South African series 2 and we found all sorts of problems, non original parts fitted because correct parts weren't available? on it's second MOT problems with bodged seals showed up which weren't visible on first UK mot, on arrival could hardly open the bonnet and boot lids due to what we decided was salt air corrosion of the hinge pins, the boot lid was so bad that where someone had tried to open it previously, the inner and outer were pulling apart.
Not suggesting that this Fulvia is the same, but certainly a case of the buyer being aware, all that comes out of SA isn't necessarily in good condition.
