Ex Robin Lacey 2c, unfortunately not in the same condition as when Robin owned her.

Although there has been repairs, as far as I'm concerned that's all they are, the asking price is reasonable, but it will need a lot of work to get her back to her former Glory.
The radiator currently fitted is from a panda, but as the original comes with it, it can be re-cored, not sure though if it still has the the lovely mechanical pillar fan, as the engine was changed a number of years ago before it went to Ireland, due if I remember correctly because a piston failed, it also has an alternator fitted, I'm surprised it's supposed to be a 1200 as I was led to believe a 1300 engine had been fitted.
CTA 762c is the oldest of the three surviving UK 2c's, "FaY"  is next, being a few months newer, while OPD 37E also has a larger engine fitted, being restored by Alan Murphy in southern Ireland was registered in 1967.
There is another RHD 2c in the UK which is one chassis number older than CTA 762c, but although RHD doesn't seem to have been a UK Car. and only arrived on the scene in the last 2-3 years.
CTA 762c really deserves to be saved, originally the asking price was higher, so perhaps there's room for negotiation on price asked.

Great to see that she is still around, one of our all time favourite Lancias and wish I'd never sold it! Would love to have it back but having rebuilt the Fanalone we are all too aware of the huge amount of time and effort (not to mention the cost) which would be involved in getting her back to the condition she was in during our ownership. On the other hand we do have lots of S1 spares including the fan bracket and radiator although an 1100 engine would be difficult to source.

However still have the S2 Berlina project unless I sell it and take on the 2C! Shocked Just don't mention it to Margaret or Jonathan. ;

Go on Robin, bite the bullet, you know you'd love to have her back, and no doubt so would Margaret. Grin
