I am no expert on these matters, just a true Lancia blue enthusiast. There seems to be some major disparity in prices at the moment. A very nice looking Flaminia has just turned up on Ebay at £50k, what seems to be a respectable Fulvia at £6.8k, and a pretty good Aurelia not selling at £70k. What does the panel think? These are all posted at well under the prices of some others recently. Maybe a good place for my pension pot? It's earning nothing at the moment!! I'd be interested in your thoughts, especially as I'm sure some of you will know these cars,

Kind Regards

Any "investment" can go up or down as regards cars/other commodities, we've seen it before in the early 90s, only put in what you could afford to loose!!!

However there may well be more knowledgable types on the forum who'd profer a different opinion.

This Flaminia? Its priced at the top dealer price I'd say - so will need to be very good

Justin Banks is selling the Flaminia GT, he has sold others and tends to ask fairly realistic dealer prices for cars. I can well believe £20k has been spent on it during the past 12months and if it is as good as it looks, it is worth about that money.  Just have a look at David’s Flaminia GT for sale page on his website. After speaking to others who are looking for GTs they say any roadworthy GT under £35k tends to sell quickly now days and they are the tatty ones.

Hi David, many thanks for the info and the fantastic pics of your restoration. I don't have your courage or ability!

Prices asked on e-bay aren't really the measure, it is prices sold.

A Y10 selectronic has been on there without an MOT but with rust. It has come down from £495 to £395 but in my book is worth about £150, if that, at which price I might consider it for the engine and interior.
