Dear all,

After the successful launching of this monthly meeting over the last 3 months we decided a new venue should be found to give more members a chance to join us.

There are two pubs that are contenders for the monthly meet which we feel should be put to the vote for you to decide.

They are
1)   The Anchor Inn, Hartfield, East Sussex, TN7 4AG.
2)    The Wheatsheaf, Hever Road, Bough Beech, Kent, TN8 7NU.

The Anchor is the most central location so the June meeting will be held here on June 24th and the July meeting will be held at the Wheatsheaf on July 29th

We can then make a decision as too which pub is preferred or whether we want to alternate between the two giving more people the opportunity to come to a meeting.

If you can’t come to either of the above dates but have a preference for future meets let me know and I can add you vote to the rest.

The food at the Anchor is good and very reasonably priced, the Wheatsheaf is more expensive but the manager has agreed to do deal for us on the lines of the Brickwall so around £12.50 per head but I will confirm this.

I look forward to seeing familiar faces and hopefully some new ones too on the 24th June, I will be there, hopefully in the lambda if it survives the sliding pillar! around 18.30.

If you can’t make the June meeting I look forward to meeting you in July.

Best wishes

Alison

We had a good meeting last month at the Anchor in Hartfield with 7 interesting cars in attendance and 17 members. This month the meeting will be at the Wheatsheaf, Hever Road, Bough Beech, Kent, TN8 7NU.

After this meeting I will be asking you to decide which of the two venues you prefer or whether you want to alternate between the two as one is in Sussex and one in Kent.

I have agreed a price of £12.50 For a meal at the Wheat sheaf, just say you are with the LMC.

I look forward to seeing you from 18.30 onwards on July 29th.

Best wishes

Alison

Hi All,

This month the meeting is on Tuesday 26th August and will again be at the The Wheatsheaf, Hever Road, Bough Beech, Kent, TN8 7NU.

There is a menu for us at £15 per head for a meal and a coffee just ask at the bar.

I won't be there this month but I hope the weather is favourable for those of you who can attend.

Best wishes

9 attendees yesterday evening which given the time of year was pretty good.

Excellent food as ever, Bob Seaney entertained us with a collection of digitised photos of LMC events back to 1973 and conversation ranged across the whole spectrum of all things Lancia to politics and world affairs!

Next meeting Tuesday 24th February.

Enjoyable meeting once again with 12 attendees although no Lancias. The food is excellent with the homemade fish pie being popular and possibly the best I have ever had!

Lovely group of people, the time seemed to fly by and a new member joined us who is picking up his first ever Lancia (a Fulvia Monte Carlo) today!

Next meeting 31st March at The Anchor Hartfield.

Another very convivial evening spent in the company of 15 Lancisti. 5 Lancias Flavia Berlina, 2000HF, Fulvia Fanalone, Delta 4 Wheel Drive and Thema.

Several regulars couldn't make it so bodes well for some large turnouts this summer.

Next meeting 26th May followed by 30th June BBQ.

I'm booked on an greatly looking forward to this tour:

http://www.kentanniversarytour.co.uk/Event/

It's approximately 120 miles through Kent starting at Maidstone and finishing at Sandgate with at mid-point break at Eastwell Manor.  Its a tour and NOT a rally so the route book is just to make sure you don't get lost and very straight forward.
