Charles

Thanks on behalf of the Committee for organizing this again. I posted the contact details for the Bertone parade lap on the separate thread which hopefully you have seen (if any Bertone cars are attending - I'm sure a replica Stratos would be acceptable).

Neil

The Stratos Enthusiasts Club will have a stand there as usual Neil, perhaps the two clubs ought to co-ordinate for the event for a parade lap together? We were scheduled for one last year but we got rained off…..

Cheers

Guy

Guy

That's a good idea, As you will have gathered Charles is co-ordinating for LMC. The phone number for the lady from the X1/9 Club is on the linked thread. I'm sure she will be pleased to hear from you.

Neil

Spoken to the powers that be and the club already has a track slot organised as it's the 40th Anniversary of the first WRC championship with the Stratos for Lancia. See you all out there!

I have been telephoned by a club member who wishes to bring his Flaminia and cannot find the code on the thread. I have had a look and cannot find it either, and the link takes you Silverstone, where the first box you have to fill in is the code! Can anyone advise re the code number as time is very short to get the Early Bird discount.

Many thanks

Link for offer code is on page one of this thread about 11th post down. The top link takes you to members only pages. Enter thread for Silverstone Classic, and code is there.

I have just checked with organisers, and just to clarify.....

The deadline for 'Early Bird' Car club deal is the 31st March. This is the cheapest way to enter the event.

The deadline for the Car club deal is the 31st May. This will be slightly more expensive.

Both include the 2 for 1 deal, and infield pass for your Lancia. If anybody wishes to take more than one car, get in touch and I may be able to get something organised.  Wink

Hello
I may have missed the cut off date for the club display, but I have owned a Beta Spyder for just over a month and would have liked to take it to Silverstone for display. Is this possible or should I just go as a "punter"

A few pictures from yesterday, great weather, great cars and great racing, watched the group C endurance cars at the end of the National Straight at sunset, all with glowing break disks, can’t recommend this event enough.

Once again Charles thanks for sorting it out.

It’s a pity my clutch failed in Kingston town centre at kicking out time, 5mins from home, so couldn’t do it all again today. Next job, out with gearbox for a complete clutch and break overhaul.

Pleased to hear it went well.  What a turn out!!

PF looks good in cream and tan.

What happened to that Touring's hub cap?

Dodged the storms?

The Touring without the hubcap is mine - it passed its MOT Friday afternoon - It was resisting being fitted on Saturday morning so I left it off

Many thanks to Charles for organising - a great weekend. I don't understand why more members don't go!

Getting 4 Flaminia's there was quite an achievement - lets beat it next year. Does anyone have a Berlina, Convertible or Zagato?!!
