A friend of mine has been drooling over all the Lancias at my garage lately , he's really into 80's cars and competent mechanic (he's my mot man), just had a text message from him that he's finally caved in and wants a cheap delta either 1300 gtie or hf turbo, if you feel you have anything of interest for him i'd be gratefull to here from you, j

powers of the forum, 3 emails and a phone call and my friend carlos has bought a 1 owner 67k mile delta 1300, he's absolutely delighted with it and can only be described as being like a child on Christmas morning and i'm delighted that I've brainwashed someone else into the Lancia way of life  Grin

Excellent result! I know one other 1300 that is around and of 2 other 1300 LX like mine - but they are so few and far between. Unfortunately worth a lot in bits - because of the number of integrale parts and also expensive to get certain bits that are shared with integrales. But, a charming little car and very use able. If you want to pass on my details then happy to be in touch  ...

Would be good to see a photo of the 1300 - my old, much missed one is sadly no longer around which is a real shame.

Thanks
Mark..

the very one, saw it for the 1st time today and was amazed at its condition, absolutely amazing for a 13 yr old car, my friend is delighted with it and is buying a caroport for it and only using on nice days, he says himself its far too nice to use as a work horse for back and to to work, i'm just amazed at how well its survived , looks like a 12 month old car, if ever he decides to sell (which I seriously doubt) i'm 1st in the que!!!

Very nice indeed, I wonder where that one had been hiding all these years?

Just for the record, the 1300 would be 14,113GBP if bought new and the 1300 LX 15,909GBP
