Richard, that looks like Dubliner Rosemary Smith in the fluffy white hat....at one time she was a member of the Rootes factory rally team (mostly Imps). Also I note the name 'Smith' appears in the file name you posted....

Another Fulvia photo

Noting the short obituary in this month's Classic and Sports car, Rosemary was running sixth in her Fulvia until she got stuck in the snow, finishing 17th overall out of 200 entrants in one of her 8 Rallye Monte-carlos.

RIP Rosemary Smith
