I think this could be Yale Braunstein.  My register has B24S-1308, registration DCP 000 owned by Yale between 1972 and 1988 at least.
The car may have been at the 2008 Pebble Beach Concours or wherever the attached photo was.

I've never met Yale, but he has been a VERY long term Aurelia enthusiast and someone in the USA will recognise him in his youth.  He told me in 2007 that he had sold the car.

I should say that Yale Braustein died on 25th July 2012 aged only 67.  There is an appreciation of him on the American LanciaClub website - http://americanlanciaclub.com/.
