incredibly low mileage but would you buy this over a more regularly used example such as this one http://www.carandclassic.co.uk/car/C360435

I saw that - it is incredible. But witha bit of use, it is no longer a 6,000 mile fulvia......

Unless you're a collector, or have a museum, I fail to see the point of having a lovely Fulvia like this and not using it, perhaps you could park it in the lounge and just gaze at it Roll Eyes, it was made to be driven, and I do wonder what the bore wear is like? as it must have spent a lot of time cold running, for my money I'd have the more honest vehicle that's been driven, and used as it was it was designed to be.

That's 2 out of the 3 for sale with green carpets. Does that mean they were originally different colours or are green carpets regular fitments to Fulvia Zagato?

Some of those 6680 miles were at Goodwood in 2007. Someone kindly sent me this photo thinking it was my car but it wasn't.

I was at Stamford Hall (2007?) and a guy and his wife came up as I was one of just a few Lancias scattered around and told me he had uncovered a 6000 mile old timewarp Sport. I could not believe it but he said something about it had belonged to someone in the military who only drove it for a bit a then stored it.... Seems to have been very well preserved if it is the same car.

As you say low milage can have it's drawbacks - Having recommissioned a 'barn find' there's probably a fair few pence to be spent if it's not been exercised. Looks lovely though - shame it's through a dealer as that would have bumped up the price.

Was it at Covent Garden? I can't find my photos at the moment to check. There was a bit of a story locally about a timewarp sport. I will try and remember the details

I too recommissioned a low mileage Fulvia that even having been used every year (c300 mile pa) before I owned it I had to replace all the rubber bits completely rebuild the brake system, replace the clutch and silted up radiator.....

Richard,
I've just checked my Covent Garden 2007 photos, and yes it was present.

This isn't far from me so I popped in to see it today. In my opinion the mileage isn't genuine, and neither has the car its first paint, which the dealer stated. No history prior to 2005. Having said that it's very sharp, complete and original but money to spend on the headlining plus a major service. Some bubbling starting on the off side lower front wing (subframe mount), and worryingly my paint thickness tester (which works on the depth of paint from any metal) registered nothing (so no metal) on the corresponding near side.
