I'll probably be turfed out for this,  but those prints have given me an idea. The sketch of the B20 with the 'dotted' lines, showing the panel joins.......reminds me of the Porsche 'Pink Pig' racing cars.
Would I be mad, maybe paint my car in 'polished bare metal', with black stencil lines...... Grin

I saw one like that at Tanc Barratt's.  It was in bare metal and they'd marked all the joins.  It was pre-digital camera and I'm not even sure I took photos as at that point I was "just browsing" and trying to work out if an Aurelia was an ambition too far.

It looked great!!
