I recently refitted the optoelectronic ignition system that A N Other had fitted to the Sport so that I got four good sparks instead of two and thus had to re-time the ignition.   I did this manually according to the handbook but I always prefer to use a timing light strobe.  At tickover this is very difficult but the book only gives static timing.  I looked online and found the accompanying graphs, engaged my timing adjustable strobe and found I was only about 10degrees out.  Now corrected!  Thought others may make use  of this graph.

Beware, the x axis of the graph starts at the fixed advance not at tdc!
