I wonder if you could try Pilkingtons at Queenborough Kent I think they make the screens for many classics... my fulvia sport screen came from them about 13 years ago. Sorry I don't have their details but shouldn't be too hard to find

No idea about pricing etc but the fact they made a sport screen just(!) a few years ago might be encouraging.
