Just seen the new Chrysler advert,
ypsilon, delta, voyager and 300c
"coming 2012"  bit Americanised
for my taste.

My feelings entirely, after such stylish high class adverts (imo) for the Delta and Ypsilon when launched, I thought what a load of American Style B---s--t, does them no favours whatsoever Roll Eyes

Plugging them though, aren't they, I saw it 3 times last night. "Dare to be different?" Indeed.

Never realised the Ypsilon & Delta were made in Detroit?Huh?

Even the 300C looks better as a Lancia

Lancias that begin with "F" ... and affordable variants beginning with "Z" and "P" ..... and now with added "Y"!

Have to agree they may be marketing to a certain sector of not traditional Lancia owners....

Yes Tim that's the one.......unfortunately !

Even forgetting the Lancia connection for a moment it must be one of the most 'cringeworthy' car ads I've ever seen  Roll Eyes

But have you seen the US advert played at half time during the Superbowl!!!

Clint Eastwood for 2 minutes and no cars at all.

Subsidised by the Democrats - I doubt it at Dirty Harry aint no democrat.

Guess cost $2m for that slot let alone the advert.

Maybe Fiat will pay 5 bob for a half time advert at the FA Cup final with David Jason!! Grin

Ypsilon only add is running again - much better but main competitors must be 500 & Mito!

Pity Chrysler didn't employ whoever made this 500 Abarth ad to do theirs.
