I have a friend who is interested in this Fulvia http://www.carandclassic.co.uk/car/C270532

Does anyone recognise the car and know any of its history. Only 4 owners in 43 years is very encouraging!

I'm sure this car was on ebay recently, seem to recall the guy saying the mg in the background was for sale as well? just sounds familiar, looks very nice though and at £4500 if it stacks up sounds like it's worth the money. Looks like it's had recent work, look at the rear of the front inner wheel arch on both sides extending up from the sill, looks like fresh paint or underseal? very nice cars the series ones though, good luck and keep us informed Wink

The price is quite low for model and year and, therefore, a careful check is advisable. This Fulvia has a non-standard external mirror which has "migrated" to the door. Maybe one should check whether this means major bodywork repairs in the past. The brake master cylinder looks like an after market item, but I might be wrong as I cannot see it well in the picture. Didn't think it would hang around long but I wonder why it changed hands so quickly again?
