Richard,
Just got renewal from Footman James for "Fay" £118.50 Unlimited Mileage, 3 named drivers and similar agreed Value. so personally I think that's a pretty good quote bearing in mind the agreed value on your sport.

Seems dear to me. I paid £160 or so for my Flavia and Fulvia Sports together with Hagerty, very professional certainly more than Adrian Flux in my experience.

The Fulvia is a painted and assembed shell. subframe assembly and engine build next. I have sold my red Sport though. I did do the Tour Auto in the Flavia Sport a truly awesome event but incredibly tough on man and machine! I have started a report for the magazine........ are you going to be at the AGM ?

i have now received a quote for 182 pounds for fulvia sport/fulvia sedan/flaminia PF /1500 miles each/agreed values/windscreen cover/AA cover-so will save 2 pounds even though an extra car has been added+extra milage allowed.i will also cancel my RAC cover when the time comes which will save another 70+ quid.does any one know what happens in the event of an unobtainable windscreen becoming the subject of an insurance claim?footman james passed me to their windscreen dept.[who tried to pass me back].they said they have to order the screens which take 7 days-best regards richard

Interesting question, and having a Flavia Sport one that intrigues me also. I think the reality is that most screens are available at a cost and even to make a new one from scratch would not be crazy money. I arranged for a batch of Alfa TZ2 screens to be made in the UK and I think for 10 it was around 3K total.

I had Omicron replace my glass under insurance. New seals as well!
