Nothing to do with me or anyone I know, but in the local car sales rag. 1985 "Y10 Fire", red with black tailgate. Supposedly mint. "Offers" so no idea what the seller wants or thinks it's worth.
Only got a mobile number in the ad but if anyone interested I can forward the number. If anyone REALLY keen, I can go and take a look. It is around an hour away from me.

This is the car advertised in the at the following forum link: http://www.lancia.myzen.co.uk/forum/index.php?topic=4018.0The owner emailed me a picture of the car which is attached. From the photo, the car looks quite good. The interior in particular (or what you can see of it) looks almost immaculate.

Did the owner give any hint as to how much they are hoping to get for it?

Unfortunately not. He is looking for offers, but I would suggest that top price for it is between £500 and £700.

Must be one of the earliest Y10's still around and seems to have the same interior I had in my C registered one. wish I'd known about it a couple of weeks ago Brian 8227

Is that a Vauxhall Chevette behind it?

Probably Neil, Not given up on New Lancia's just can't afford them. I can't blow the photo up enough to see properly but I'm more inclined to Ford Escort, and the colour seems to fit that theory! Brian 8227

I have emailed you the photo at the original size so that you can see the detail a little more easily. Due to the size of permitted attachments on the forum, I had to resize it as the original is about 5mb and the forum only allow 5kb! Stuart

It would genuinely have to be mint to warrant that price for me.

Sounds a bit OTT, I'm of the same opinion as Lindsay. Brian 8227

Ditto. I would go with the £500 to £700. There certainly hasn't been enough demand for Y10s in the last few years to expect one to make £1,000.
