Not such a novelty here in southern Italy seeing a Lancia on the road so I have conducted some statistical research.
While waiting at the side of a busy road with nothing better to do I counted 100 cars going by and 8 were Lancias.
The next 100 resulted in 11 Lancias - so as near as makes no difference that equates to about 10%.....more than I was expecting.

Hmmm.....might take some time.
Only ever seen 1 other Appia and 1 Flaminia - anything slightly exotic is as rare here as it is in the UK.

I followed a Spanish registered Phedra yesterday just south of Derby. I was in a Skoda so did not flash him!

Hardly on the road, but well wrapped up against the Alpine weather while the owner uses his 'winter driver' Autobiachi (I saw that one leaving tracks in the snow!). La Thuile, Northern Italy.

Sunday 12th April round lunch time travelling south on the B658 in Bedfordshire between Biggleswade and Shefford a red Stratos, LHD with the wing over the back of the cabin. Didn't get a reg and haven't a clue if real or replica (but I don't care it was just brilliant to see it).

Astonished to see a very tidy 1.6HF Lusso in for Mot at my local garage in Church Stretton, in fact I did a double take because I thought the missus had nicked the Fulvia and taken it out for a drive! Reg number JAPxxxx. Lovely looking example.

Seen on 2nd May a red Integrale at the Downton classic car show section of the Downton Cuckoo Fair. Spoke briefly to the owner, Giles Hopgood from Andover, and he gave me his card. Trades as D G Rally, specialist of post 70's Alfa, Fiat, Lancia and Arbarth spares. Does anyone know of him or can recommend his services?
