Hi all,
Just to let all know that my little Ypsilon will be for sale soon. We may be moving so forced to sell as we need a car with Aircon  Cool

The car is in good condition and has done 170,000 km, it is red (a few shades) and had the red grey cloth interior. Its normally returns 45mpg and only needs the oil topped every 4 or 5 months.

I will miss it but needs must. Car can be seen at            www.carloslopes.co.uk

Looking for £550 ono, will be selling in next month or very soon.

Cheers
carlos

Looks nice in the pics!

Are the "few shades of red" the result of respray mismatch, Or is it just paint that needs a good T-Cut to get rid of the oxidised layers?

Hi,
Its respray mismatch for the most part. The front left wing has been done and there are touch up bits up on the roof.
The only sign of rust I can see is just above the windscreen, about 1 cm in a couple of places.
The only problem with red is trying to match up any colouring when done. I have had a few red cars and even though during the day they llok o.k. when resprayed at night it will inevitably show up.
Also the right door has a dent in it under the wing mirror the size if a fist and another smaller one just at the door opening.
If youd like more pictures then please let me know.

The ironic thing is that in europe these cars still go for £3000 and more, but I'd rather sell it here and get something bigger and with Aircon.
cheers
