Hi Robin,

These people made the tow bar for my last series 3 Thema about 4-5 years ago, they manufacture on the premises to order.

Just off the M25 near the M1 and St Albans

I have one for the old style Fiat Croma which should fit the Thema. Brand new and sill in the box if you're interested.

Just a footnote to this, if anyone is ever sending anything through the post, DO NOT USE PARCELFORCE!!!!! Angry

This towbar was posted on 27/07/09 on a 48h delivery, and was promised for delivery by 17.00h on 29/07/09. To cut a long story short, the first attempted delivery was 04/08/09, a week late!! Their customer services department were useless too!

I'm sure Robin will back me up in saying how annoyed we were with this "service"

So to sum up, I will NEVER use them again and can only advise others to do the same.

Rant over!!!! Smiley

Yep, very poor service and meant that I had to tow my caravan all the way to Malvern and back behind my Fiat Ducato.

It meant too, that I was away when they made the delivery and to add insult to injury didn't leave the failed delivery card in our post box but somewhere very obscure.

I eventually collected it from their Gatwick office rather than run the risk of another mix up.

However, many thanks for the tow bar Matt, another success for the Forum.
