Very nice Series 1 Fulvia Rallye 1.3s Coupe for sale on ebay, ex South Africa car fitted with the huge Oil Bath air cleaner Shocked never seen one of those before.

It does look a super car but is it worth £5K+? The underside looks a bit ropey.

Neil,
I'd want a closer look at the underside just to check the treatment hasn't been sprayed over the top of rust, but generally it looks very clean, and having owned a series 1 1.3 Rallye coupe I'd say it's worth the money, particularly as it's an "S".

As far as I am aware all SA assembled Series l's had the oil bath air filter. Probably because of the dusty conditions here.

The other differences are Carpets for all Series instead of the rubber mats in Europe and no raised headlights on the Series ll.

Thanks for that Jim, the air cleaner looks as though it ought to be very effective, many years ago we had one on out Morris 1000 Traveller, very efficient but a right messy job when it came to changing the oil!
