My friend Andy, who is not afflicted by Lancia, (believe me there are such people) has just sent me an amazing post-card photo of an Augusta – see picture below. It’s presumably from the 1930s.

The caption on the back says: “Tower Bridge With car – This dramatic picture was taken to emphasise the road holding of a Lancia car….”

Most likely to do with its brakes rather then road-holding, but amazing either way.

It holding on to the road very well !!    Not sure I could at that angle whatever my shoes.
