Hi folks. Can you help me?

I need a new track rod and rod ends for one side and googling brings one Fulvia reference for a Febi Bilstein 01717 part. This part is listed by many stockists and seems readily available but is mostly listed as a Mercedes part.

I can't find any technical info on it and don't have a Lancia part no to try and cross reference.
