Though unable to make the National Rally, I'm very excited to be able to fit my plates tomorrow!
Please help with pictures and advise regarding the front plate fitment. Can be centred on the bumper rubbers or dropped for the tops to line up. I think if it's dropped the bolts will be in the black and not interfere with the digits.

Option B as previously stated.
ODD plates are Gloucestershire registrations.
Will be nice to see you out and about on the road.

Option B would look best.
When I fitted mine my reg starts with a M and ends with a P so the bolts fitted within the top v of the M and within the enclosed area of the P.
Hope that makes sense
