I hope no-one minds me posting here, but I'm in a pickle and I'm never sure how many of us read the wanteds!
Having sent my front bumper to be re-chromed, UPS have managed to lose it on its way back to me and Castle Chrome are now arguing over whose responsibility it is, so I am sadly bumper-less and the car is now just about to run, after around 56 years off the road! Would anyone happen to have a spare that they'd be willing to sell? Absolutely any condition will be considered!
Thanks
David

The car will run quite happily without its bumper. I never use mine, which is lurking somewhere in the garage until the day I sell the car. It looks so much better without it!

David,
It might be helpful if you would publish a photo of your car here in the forum. The Augusta had several versions of bumpers, the Belna is different again. Years ago, I wanted to replace my non original bumper by an original one, fortunately I was able to get a template and I made it myself from a stripe of aluminium. The template is still here and available.

Thanks gents! I will post a picture of my car (it's a actually Belna) at the weekend. I like the idea of no bumper so I'll remove the brackets for the time-being. The wheels are now the original colour and other than a rear wheel bearing, we're nearly done. (it desperately needs new paint but I fancy turning up in the pub carpark looking like it's never been touched!)
