Stellantis has appointed a design chief, to work from Turin.

Autocar says :

"Specific plans for Lancia’s revival haven't yet been made public, but it's likely that the brand will lean heavily on platforms and powertrains used by Alfa Romeo. A low-volume premium focus is likely, meaning Lancia will become to Alfa Romeo what DS is to Citroën."

Thoughts:  Is it a bit late to launch any more fossil fuel powered Lancias?  Shouldn't any future Lancia be an electric or hydrogen car?  Can whatever appears be sufficiently distinct from an Alfa Romeo to be a Lancia?

If they are using existing platforms they already have fully electric cars they can badge engineer such as the new fully electric Corsa.
