Does anyone here know anything about these unusual air filters? Aftermarket?

never seen that, looks like three single barrel carbs on a 3B manifold?

Also there is a strange reservoir? behind the l/h rocker cover. Brake fluid?

Yes l agree, I have seen similar air filters on other Italian exotics
