Working my way through the sections, rounding off with the magazine and finally the driving section.

Staring out at me on the bottom of page 64 was a red B24 convertible, prefixed by the year 1969, hhhmmmm I thought the S Times researcher messed up there!

But realised they'd being timelining an incident in 1969 concerning the actor David Soul,  his car been seen at the scene of a crime when Sharon Tate had been murdered the night before, naturally the USA police tailed him and at gunpoint got him to lie down in front of said Aurelia and answer a few questions!

Anyone heard of this before or know anything about the B24, number plate too small to read.

Before the Starsky & Hutch TV show, so I'm guessing he wasn't jumping on the bonnet....I mean hood of the Aurelia !!!  Shocked

Didn't he have some bizarre career as 'The Masked Singer' before Starsky and Hutch?  Couldn't have helped if he was still wearing it.
