Just learnt the AGM weekend clashes with our Cotswold Economy Drive which is always well supported by LMC members. Our plans have been in place since August last year and I can only apologise for not knowing.

Last time it clashed with VSCC Prescott. I think the LMC ignores other events!

Very hard not to clash with other events at that time of the year.
You just have to make up your mind which is more important to you.
Damned if they do, and damned if the don't.
Sorry but You can't please all the people all of the time, unfortunate thou that may be.

The committee were not aware that this was the Economy Drive weekend when we chose this date, which I think was one of only two the hotel had available in July/August. Sorry.

I only mention it because it was not the intention to hold our event the same weekend. Finding a good hotel is all important. It’s just one of those things.
