Chris Gawne’s posts on this forum (mostly on Aurelia and Fulvia) are always so good and informative, I though it would be timely to post a photo of his race-car, a Series 3 B20. This photo is from a HSCC race meeting in October 2007.

I took this picture of Louise Kennedy at Oulton Park back in 2003 which was over ten years before I knew who Louise was. I think I first met her at an AGM around 2014.   I came across the picture two years ago while cataloguing some old images, and shared it with her then.  Can anybody suggest a caption?

Sorry Chris, but that's the highest res I kept them in. Here it is again, but un-cropped, together with two more pics from the same day. I'll post two more from July 2010.

And two more photos from HSCC Silverstone in July 2010.
Colin

PS. No marks for recognising the figure in red striped race-suit crouching on the right of the second photo!

I saw a 124CC today and some sort of early TR last week.  No one using their Lancias for their as infrequent as possible food stock up?

I'll be using my HPE VX from next month. Can't wait.

Keeping with the racing theme

The notorious Smallhorn/Bishop combination from the 1988 Pirelli Marathon

The less kind members of the LMC at that time called them TweedleDee and TweedleDum ..... they didn't mind !

(I have looked for the photographer's name but photo not dedicated, but comes from the "Historic Rally Register" magazine run at the time by Philip Young)

They are showing some confidence in the door locks...

Which reminds me - one year at the Goodwood track day (1990something) someone turned up in a Flamina PF and staying in touch with the seat and close enough to the wheel were their main challenges.  It might be the journalist who in later years took on the scruffy Fulvia berlina.  Name escapes me.
