I've just been sent the club booking form for this year's event which I'm happy to organise :

6th October 2018

Entry £15 with seniors £10. Under 17's free of charge.

Car passes are free of charge. Period clothing is welcome! ( 20's to 70's )

http://autumnclassic.co.uk/

My rough timeline would be to get numbers / payments by the August meeting ( of the Bristol Group ). Send of the booking in early September, give out the tickets at the September Bristol Group meeting ( posting to any who are not local Smiley )

This year will divide up the bring and share food items Smiley and aim for a picnic with our cars during the lunchbreak.

This will be the third year of attending and it's always been enjoyable with lots of action.

Please drop me a line if you're interested ...

Parade Lap

I'll put a note when I've booked the club in and if people want they can do the parade lap ( although as it's lunchtime , it'll also be picnic time )

You can count me / us? in. A great day out with our cars before the short, dark autumn / winter days take hold. Cheesy

Steve, OK if I pay on the day?
I shall be leaving home fairly early so can I make a cash contribution instead of bringing food.

Hi Steve

Assuming the welding is completed on my car and MOT is passed I will be happy to provide breadsticks, dips, dorito's or similar and some Italian red wine for those who wish to partake. I may even stretch to a ciabatta loaf! Looking forward to the trifle Ben. Grin
