Title: Stratos dash variations?
Post by: DavidLaver on 24 November, 2017, 10:08:49 AM

This one I'm familiar with (sometimes the speed and revs swapped)

What is this one?

Second one a replica car?? with driver preference upgrade. Frankly no time to look at the speedo or revcounter when driving so whats the point - I am sure someone will correct me (Guy?). Most important gauges are temperature..... Nicely positioned in standard layout!

Both look like originals to me! Just slightly different positioning of the gauges either after a rebuild or maybe for local market requirements? German market cars for example required the drivers seat (I think) to have a tilt mechanism. Despite there being no reason for one unless you wanted to hoover the bulkhead carpet clean....
