This car was for sale down in Somerset a year or so ago for £7K in a similar condition to how it appears now. Estimate seems strong considering how much work is required, these Zagato's are more complex than first appear and unless you are very skilled this is going to be an expensive project potentially. Still these are the last affordable truly hand built Zagato's available and will never be cheaper IMO

I agree - the steel platform + tubes + aluminium skin is a nightmare and the original build quality was not brilliant. Steel and aluminium are in very close contact so electrolysis is rampant.
I could not have restored mine without cheap (5 euros/hour - cash) Polish metalworkers.
Mechanical bits not a problem through Consortium and top up from Cavallito.

The results page has some extra photos from the hall.

As well as the unusual door trims the front seats look different from other Zagatos.  Come to that I can't place them from any other Flavia or Fulvia.  Put me out of my misery someone and tell me what they were from...or perhaps a bespoke retrim?

Anorak fact (with a credit to Colin Marr) and as can been seen in one of the photos is that the fuel flap is steel.

It is indeed, I checked mine ??? I wonder why they made it in steel? probably because it was a small, simple pressing?
