Title: Flavia badges
Post by: ColinMarr on 23 January, 2013, 12:36:26 PM
I was asked some time ago about the badge that used to be on the grill of my Flavia Vignale 1.8 with Kugelfischer fuel injection. I looked back to see if I had any photos of it and I don’t think I have, but it can just about be seen in the photo below of my car at Goodwood (1989 I think).

It was a really nice enamel badge designed to indicate four staggered cylinders each with an arrow to indicate fuel injection and with a big “i” to indicate iniezione. A similar badge was fitted to the Flavia 2000 HF, both to the grill and on the rear of the car itself – see photo attached.

It may have only been the fuel injection variants of these cars that had such badges.
