Recieved this email from a friend in the alfa owners club regarding this interesting event on the following date:

 However the above link is something quite different and may be of interest.
 The house concerned is very little known and in fact is the largest house in the country with 365 bedrooms and it is said that in its hay day guests were given bowls of different coloured confetti to spread on the floor when they left their room in order to find their way back.
 Many years ago the Coal Board open mined the grounds in an act of outrageous vandalism. When they had finished with it the house was bought by a recluse and it has remained a house of mystery ever since.
 So why am I telling you all this, simply the above car event is the very first time that the grounds have been opened to the public since that time. So history in the making.
It is also reported else where that one of only two remaining 'Simplex' cars will be in attendance, they were originally built at the house before moving to a factory in Sheffield.
