Lancia Aurelia Lunch Menu Sunday 29th April 2012 ~~~~To Begin~~~~ Watercress Soup, Minted Yoghurt. V Ham Hock Terrine, Apple, Apricot & Ginger Chutney, Toasted Brioche. Roasted Vine Tomato & Basil Tarte Tatin, Balsamic Dressing. V Smoked Mackerel Pate, Beetroot & Apple Chutney, Wholemeal Toast. ~~~~To Follow~~~~ Oven Roasted Breast of Chicken, Chorizo & Spring Cabbage, Thyme Jus. Poached Fillet of Smoked Haddock, New Potatoes, Caper & Parsley Beurre Blanc. Flat Mushroom Topped with Leeks in a Garlic Infused Cream, Herb Crust, Mature Cheddar Cheese Sauce.
