Plus the spare engine is definitly not a 2.5 so not correct for the model for sale.

So an engine rebuild should be factored inn as well as everything else. Nevertheless will it sell at this price as B20 'projects' which are pretty much complete seem to be increasingly few and far between. Chris Title: Re: Aurelia project Post by: Parisien on 20 November, 2011, 10:19:45 AM Its again a buyer beware situation, as pointed out by those in the know, its one thing restoring a car but then the added time and huge cost of sourcing additional parts, engine, gearbox etc, means this then is just a cobbled together car, lacking the true authenticity most people would insist on.

If you were to restore it properly you would have to rebuild the engine and at the very least replace the inner and outer sills plus how ever much of the floor pan needs renewing. The job is only worth doing if you do it properly......... you can't take shortcuts with Aurelias.
