Title: Spotted in the snow
Post by: rodney3010 on 18 December, 2010, 04:07:04 PM
watching the BBC's coverage of the snow, I'm sure I sae a pale blue Beta coupe making its way down a snow filled High Street. I was torn between 'well done for all year round useage' and 'take it home now and cover in blankets'.
Either way, who says all Beta's rust? haven't seen any BL metal braving the weather!

I was forced to use my Beta on Friday against my better judgement to get the kids to school (see posting under 'Lancias in the Snow') but I don't think I was filmed! I was touch and go about keeping the car on the road this winter, as last winter did take a bit of a toll, culminating in a new sill during the Summer. As you say no sign of classic British metal. Haven't even seen the odd brave MG.
