Title: 256KB Limit on 8 photos. Post by: fay66 on 04 May, 2009, 11:02:03 PM After the upload folder problem last week that Harvey sorted out, I thought we were back in business but we seem to have reverted to a total of 256KB maximum for 8 photos! as you really need about 80-100kb for anything like a decent quality photo, that's not a lot of use, perhaps it would be better if we all started posting photos to Flikr :-\ to save keep having this problem.

The two photos below totalling 285 kbs were rejected 3 times yesterday/last night, and the two posted yesterday had to be further reduced from their original 140 Kbs each to enable them to get below 256kbs combined. Today it has accepted them? I'm not going senile in my old age, and irrespective of the fact that all appears ok now, that certainly wasn't the case yesterday. It's not meant to be a stressful hobby. We're not far off sorting out proper photo hosting (but curse my impetuousness for saying so before fully committed....)
