This would have been much sought after in the 60's and 70's I guess. The real problem is sourcing all the bits to complete it if you don't have a full car to start with.I think most aprilias still existing are probably too good (and stay that way) to scrap completely and start again. Anyway , it won't fit in my garage to keep as a spare ;D

Post by: chugga boom on 04 September, 2008, 08:56:25 PM We have the same problem's with aprilia's and augusta's, we have 3 aprilia's , 2 we aim to restore 1 sell on as a kit of parts, problem is the 3rd car is worth far more to us in spare parts but cant bring ourselves to cut the shell up! we have 2 augusta's on the road, a belna cabriolet for restoration and an incomplete belna saloon, the belna saloon is a really solid origional shell and far too good to break up, i've even concidered making it into a pickup but cant bring myself to ruin a really good restorable shell, i hope some day i will be able to complete the car to restore as a standard vehicle...........who knows!
