Title: Fulvia ignition key
Post by: Wangler on 28 May, 2021, 10:44:33 AM
Though it might be useful to know that I have just used this company: keysinthepost.com to make a spare ignition key for my S3.

I got the door/fuel/boot copied locally quite easily, but they didn't have a suitable ignition key blank. I could have bought one over the net but they are pretty expensive and you would still have to get it cut. My key had numbers stamped on it, and Jon of keysinthepost told me that each number refers to the depth of each notch, which obviously helps them. I emailed a good photo of each side of the key and he sent off the copy first class the next day. The copy works perfectly and unless you're fussy about having a Lancia look-alike key I reckon for £9.99 it's great value and an excellent service.

The photo is from Jon showing the key details for the cutting machine.

Omicron sell blanks (don't know how much) but this looks a bargain!

Yes, they cut from 2 clear photos of your key (modern key recently), no issues, prompt delivery!
