I think this photo has been listed many times over a long period, often more than once. Yes they do not appear to give up..

Click on their other items for sale.... Hopefully nobody gets caught by this and I've seen multiple listings being bid up to daft amounts to put other buyers getting caught out. I try to report these to eBay whenever I see them but the reporting tool seems to fall over way too often. Frustrating.

Seems their listing has been removed when I looked

This is very common, stays up for short while then is removed. I assume this is an Ebay automatic checking function as it happens so often.

They come up for a few days every few months. I have spoken to the e-bay concierge about it and been told the scammers actually pirate legitimate accounts which slows down the process of removal. If you click on "see other items" from the same seller there are thousands on listings all made within seconds of each other so it must be an automated process. The listings always use the same items so the pictures become familiar to you if you are a regular on e-bay. The other giveaway is that there is always one picture of the vehicle followed by a picture of instructions to call the supposed vendor.

I always open the item and report it as fraud when it is a Lancia.

Occasionally items get bid up to fantastical prices and I wondered if it was a money laundering scam creating a false sale to avoid prosecution for unexplained wealth. However someone has told me that they and their mates sometimes play a game of seeing how high they can bid up one of the items to make it look obviously ridiculous.

Is it (pictures of) a silver one with a red interior?

The regular 2000 Coupe in the scam sales is a red one.
