Title: Fergat steel wheels
Post by: ICEMAN on 01 July, 2020, 03:22:19 PM
As a new Fulvia driver, could you answer the following please.
Do my Fergat steel wheels require an inner tube when fitting Falken Sincera tyres ?
What tyre pressure do you recommend ?

Thanks
Kev

I was advised to use tubes with them because they don't have the shaping that holds tubeless tyres in place at low pressures.

Ye, inner tubes are necessary. Pressure = 2 bars all around, Andrea

You may find the inside of the wheels are rusty from water ingress round the valve area. Recommend investigating before putting new tubes in. I recommend slightly lower than Andrea 26psi all round. But drive the car and find what you are happy with. Always check when tyres are cold and not in the sun.
