Title: PSA FCA merger..

With the merger now done, what are the thoughts on the prospects for Lancia?
Dare we hope there's room for a revival?

I am not hopeful as the larger group has even more brands and models in it's range. On a positive note though I rate Peugeot as the most stylish main stream brand.

You're right about so many brands under one roof now Frank, been reading in Autocar about how the new Vauxhall Astra which apparently was well along the design route was canned and now being built on Peugeot platforms, even PSA interior stuff such as the infotainment system.

Be nice to think, Romantically maybe, that under the new regime there may be space for an innovative luxury brand of high quality engineering...

Also heard that Fiat are pulling out of the city car segment, OK mainly by making the 500 a bigger car to go into the Punto sector, but changes are happening.
