Title: Fulvia Solex 32PHH crabs - as new
Post by: chriswgawne on 05 October, 2018, 05:47:54 PM
Sorting out the last of the new/as new spares which came with the Fulvia GT from Portugal, I realise that amongst the carburettors is a pair of hardly used (if at all) , as new Solex 32PHH carbs. I have plenty of other Solex's so these are surplus. Any interest to anyone?
I also have a number of new/as new OE FISPA Fuel filters with glass bowls and new filter elements which were fitted in the engine bay to many Lancias of the 50's and 60's with mechanical fuel pumps. These do NOT have the pressure regulator feature which you need if you have gone electric. Again, any interest to anyone?

Sounds fishy....oh silly me!
Surprised these carbs haven't been taken up by a 1300cc Fulvia owner.  Every old car also needs an inline  fuel filter in my opinion to filter the bits in the tank out before the fuel gets in the pump and carbs.
Ebay beckins.

Hello Clarkey,
Apologies for the delay in the photos.
I have a few surplus OE FISPA fuel filters with glass bowls (the small size using a 34mm filter as opposed to the large 64mm one) and correct new UFI filters fitted. These do not have the pressure adjustment - they are just filters and are usually fitted in the engine bay on the rhs on Aurelias, Appias, Flaminias and Fulvias all of which originally ran with mechanical fuel pumps which did not need pressure regulators.
Not sure about price and ebay doesn't really help as it appears these were also fitted to other 50's and 60's Italian sports cars whose parts prices are astronomic.
I suppose the  the filters should be £50 + £3.50 P&P within the UK.
